Returns Policy
Jewellery
Our jewellery products are made to order just for you! We are unable to offer returns or refunds for those, however if you have any issues with your order, please contact our support team who'll be happy to assist you!
We must be notified before returning any items. If we are unable to supply another product of the same specification, we will issue a credit note of the same value.
Please email us your full name, order number, and the item(s) you would like to return to support@madapparel.uk.com.
Clothing & Accessories
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase as we are! If for any reason you are not, you have 7 days from the receipt of your order to return it to us for either an exchange or credit ONLY. There are no refunds.
If you need to exchange an item, please email us at support@madapparel.uk.com. Remember to include your order number and the reason code for the exchange.
Reason Codes are:
1 = Incorrect Item Sent
2 = Item Damaged
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS BEFORE CONTACTING OUR SUPPORT TEAM.
Exchange & Returns
Items must be returned in an unused condition, not worn, washed, damaged or have had the tags/labels removed, All Hats & Bags to be returned in their original packaging with tags/labels intact. As soon as we receive the item, we will inspect it to establish if it is defective or damaged. We will notify you if your exchange/credit has been approved.
If the exchange includes a new item at an additional cost an invoice will be sent for the difference in cost.
Once items are received by our fulfillment centre, please allow 2-7 working days for processing.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
Returns should be posted to the address found on the returns label on your package.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time required to reach your exchanged product may vary.
If you're shipping an item over £55, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your return shipment.
Terms & Conditions
Returned items must be in a condition that allows them to be re-sold. They should be returned in the original packaging and not have been worn, washed, damaged or have had the tags/labels removed.
Faulty items are deemed as items having a manufacturing fault or hidden defect which was present at the time of delivery. An item is not considered faulty if it has become damaged because of wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage.
We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if a returned item is visibly worn; damaged; marked; washed; has any type of odour; in a condition that we deem renders it un-sellable.
We are not liable for customs charges on returned orders for Non-UK customers and may charge these back to the customer if necessary.
