Q: How do I exchange an item I purchased?
A: Items may be exchanged for another when they are returned in the original packaging you received them in. Clothing items must be unwashed and unworn and no tags/labels removed. To receive an exchange, please send the following information to support@madapparel.uk.com:

  • A brief description explaining the reason for the exchange.
  • The order number or the name and address used when purchasing the item.
  • What item you would like in exchange. If this is a clothing item, please include the item number and size you would like to receive.
  • Confirmation of the address you would like your exchange item shipped to.
Q: How do I return items from my purchase?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Clothing items should be unwashed, unworn no tags/labels removed and all items should be returned in the original packaging and condition you received them in. Your refund will go back on the payment card or back to the PayPal account used when you placed your order. If you would like to send back any item(s), please check our Returns & Exchange Policy or email us at support@madapparel.uk.com.
Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?

Q: I received the wrong item or my item was damaged, what should I do?
A: If you received the wrong item, an incorrect size or your item was damaged in any way, send us an email at support@madapparel.uk.com. Please include your order number and specifics on the mistake we made, and we’ll do everything we can to get you the correct item, free of charge.
Q: Is my personal information secure when ordering from M.A.D Apparel Ltd?
A: Every page that you enter personal information on is secured using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and that information is NEVER provided to any third parties.
Q: What method of payment do you accept?
A: During the checkout process, you can use the following payment methods: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa or PayPal.
Q: How do I redeem my Gift Card or use a Promotional Code?
A: On the shopping cart page, you will see a section for entering your Gift Card code and a section for entering your Promotional Code. Discounts are not redeemable toward previously purchased merchandise, nor are they redeemable for cash.
