COVID-19 & Shipping
With air travel to the UK being limited due to Covid-19, shipments are delayed.
Order fulfilment may take longer than our previous maximum of 7 business days and can now take up to 10 business days. In light of this we are making every effort to keep our customer shipping deadlines as tight as possible and we appreciate your patience and support.
Our carriers currently can't guarantee Express and Overnight delivery at the moment, so we'll be temporarily disabling these shipping methods.
We are disabling shipping to the following countries because they no longer accept incoming mail: Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Laos, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Panama, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Solomon islands, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.
Please note that the tracking links can take longer than usual to update. Due to Covid-19, some carriers are slower to register and ship your orders. Sometimes the tracking info won't change for over a week until the item is scanned, or even up to the point of delivery. Please know that you orders aren't lost, they are still being processed by the carriers.
If you haven't received your order after 8 working days after its expected delivery time, then please contact email@example.com. Let us know about your delayed shipment and we will investigate it for you. We may ask you to wait a few more days to receive the order.
Thank you for your patience and support during this time.
